Daily Dose – “You decide how this week is going to go. The decision to be a total knucklehead, slacker, gluttonous, whining, little narcissist will only bring hate and discontent to your life. The focused effort to be a squared away, hard working, honorable, team playing, crush yourself t’ll you puke badass will always bring you to the pinnacle of your efforts and guarantees you the ability to stand toe to toe with the Negative Insurgency in life. Choose wisely. OOUUTT” #navysealmotivation

The only way you can give 100% too whatever you are doing, is by simply choosing to have a good, positive attitude. The choice you make, makes all the difference.

    Good morning David,

Thank you for all you do! I am not much of a football fan but, what advice would you have for the Denver Broncos’. How do you mentally overcome a defeat like the one they experienced in the Superbowl. How do you keep a positive attitude?

Very rarely in this life will you come across someone that expresses their opinion truthfully, without recourse or explanation. David has this gift. From what I’ve read and listened to about David he shares my belief that “Life isn’t fair, life isn’t unfair…it’s just life.” Acceptance is ultimately the answer to all of one’s problems. Accept who you are, what you can or cannot do and make the change. If you like your life, if you’re truly happy, then keep doing what you are doing. However if there is something you need to do differently then put in the work. Most of us need to spend less time worrying about what needs to be changed in other people and the world and spend more time on what needs to be changed in us and our attitudes.
Thank you David for you wisdom and inspiration.
