David B. Rutherford is a former US Navy SEAL/Medic and Instructor. After traveling the world as a SEAL and then as an International Training Specialist, David realized many significant truths about human nature. Since hanging up his bulletproof vest David has written a book which has lead to working with thousands of children and adults throughout the United States and Canada. He hopes to introduce all people to the importance of developing a healthy lifestyle through physical exercise, self-confidence, and team orientated living with his Froglogic Concept.

The Book: Froglogic, Field Manuals For kids, vol. 1 'Get Squared Away'. This book is composed of 8 simple Missions. Each Mission(Chapter)takes David's 'Lessons Learned' in the SEAL teams and uses them to teach kids how to achieve success in their lives. Each Mission begins with a Daily PT(an escalator of jumping jacks , pushup, sit-ups etc.) designed to get their brain and body ready to learn. Then the Mission unfolds and is peppered with David's personal stories or 'BUDS Stories' to help kids relate their lives to each topic. At the end of each Mission there are Mission Planning Questions for the reader to answer and reflect upon with family or friends. This book was written with the intent of helping our children around the world. Too many kids are left without the necessary life lessons that they need in order to become 'Squared Away' Operators. The Goal of Froglogic is to emphasize the importance of healthy living combined with self-confidence and a team oriented mentality by instilling the concepts of these Missions.
